Requested Sponsorship for the United Nations Commision On The Status of Women Forum NGO CSW 64 and Global African Sheroes Union

Location: Flexible

Organization: Global African Sheroes Union

On March 9th – 20th 2020 the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women will host the 64th NGO CSW Forum in New York, New York City at the United National Headquarters. The Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) is the principal global intergovernmental body exclusively dedicated to the promotion of gender equality and the empowerment of women.

This year’s forum is being organized under the theme of realizing gender equality and the development of all women and girls and has selected the Global African SHEROES Union to host a discussion of issues, strategies and best practices to lobby governments to implement resolutions and treaties that they have signed.

A representation of African women from 16 countries; the Global African SHEROES Union serves to connect African women on a mission to create an international support system to address the physical, psychological, financial and spiritual needs of their families and communities. A focus on health and financial wellness, during the UN CSW64 the SHEROES will offer three sessions that feature protection strategies preparing women to realize the SHEROES’s mission to “Protect her womb, Protect her Sisters, and Protect her Nation.”

We are requesting that community businesses contribute a minimum Tax-deductible donation of $500.00 USD for event logistical needs with sponsorships starting at $1000.00 USD. This tax-deductible donation will provide a social return on your investment in grassroots African women leadership for many generations to come.

Please confirm all contributions by March 1st, 2020
