About the Sister-to-Sister Mentorship Program
Over the past four years the Sister-to-Sister Mentorship Program has provided valuable advocacy and grassroots organizing training to twelve incredible young women activists from around the world.
Each participant worked closely with the Nobel Women’s Initiative team in Ottawa, Canada, extending their networks and connecting with other women activists working for peace. Upon completion of the program the participants returned to their home communities better equipped to promote women’s rights – they continue to use these skills to effectively work towards peace, justice and equality.
