The primary objective of this position is to drive the creative Direct Marketing process, working collaboratively with the Fundraising and Communications Team to reach fundraising targets through innovative and targeted campaigns advocating women’s rights in international development settings.
The Field Coordinator will build the base of activists willing to take action on issues, develop community leadership, build relationships with key local, state and national stakeholders, partners, and elected officials, advance civic engagement strategies, and assist in campaign development and implementation.
The selected candidate will work in close coordination with the Protection Coordinators for Asia, and will also provide support to other relevant staff across other programme areas in relation to our work in the region, as required.
The Grants Associate works to support the implementation of MADRE’s grantmaking strategies and manage grants and flow of information with grantee partners in Latin America and the Caribbean, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
The role will provide clarity of leadership on gender and inequality policy and advocacy at Christian Aid; ensuring strategic direction for policy and advocacy on these issues; and for managing the overall portfolio of projects to deliver successful outcomes for the reduction of poverty and inequality.
Working closely with the Vice President of Impact & Effectiveness, this position supports the implementation of an organization-wide learning, evaluation, and impact framework for Global Fund for Women.
