Institutional Development Coordinator

Organization: Catolicas por el Derecho a Decidir México/ Catholics for the Right to Decide Mexico (CDD Mexico)

CDD Mexico's Institutional Development Coordinator is responsible for fundraising and strategic project management, including monitoring and evaluation. Furthermore this person contributes to strategic planning processes, internal operating procedures and staff strengthening to ensure that CDD Mexico's work continues to be relevant and effective, achieving its mission and institutional goals.

The ID Coordinator will play a crucial role in consolidating the organization's future sustainability. We are therefore seeking creative and proactive candidates, with a mid-term commitment, to promote income diversification, innovative program management mechanisms and institutional strengthening. This position reports directly to the Co-directors, and works internally with all CDD Mexico's areas, as well as externally with donors and other stakeholders.
