The Millennium Challenge Corporation—a cutting-edge U.S. government agency committed poverty reduction through inclusive economic growth—is recruiting a Director to work as part of a team to strengthen MCC's engagement across sectors in current thinking, approaches, strategies, tools and practices related to gender and social integration in large-scale international development programs.

Applicants should have significant experience providing guidance and undertaking technical analyses of social and gender issues in international development programs and projects, such as

  • conducting social and gender assessments,
  • leading gender integration and social inclusion related initiatives, and
  • evaluating project-specific studies and plans such as gender assessments, political economy analyses, and human trafficking risk management plans.

Applicants should also have project and personnel management experience
