Talent Programme for Young Professionals with Disabilities

As part of this commitment, the Talent Programme promotes the inclusion of persons with disabilities into our workplace. The Talent Programme also aims to build a talent pipeline of highly qualified professionals with disabilities who can contribute to the development sector, and to attaining the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at national and global levels.
The Talent Programme offers an opportunity to work in the UN Development System. Their assignments may be with UNDP Country Office, Regional Hub or Headquarters. Through a year long assignment, young professional with disabilities will acquire practical work experience and get exposed to the UN Development mission.
To be eligible to apply, candidates should be no more than 35 years of age, and hold a Bachelor or a Master’s degree, or be enrolled in a university programme at the Master level. Work experience will be an advantage but not a requirement.
