Accelerate, monitor, and report on the implementation of ADB’s Policy on Gender and Development (GAD) and the Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment Operational Plan 2013-2020 (Gender OP). Ensure the implementation of the Bank-wide standards on gender mainstreaming in operations, and provide support to operational departments in integrating gender equality into ADB operations and effectively implement project gender action plans. Carry-out cutting-edge knowledge work on priority gender issues in Asia and the Pacific that would support developing member countries and ADB future operations and organize knowledge events.
International Indigenous Women's Forum/Foro Internacional de Mujeres Indígenas FIMI/IIWF
The general objective of the consultancy is to generate mechanisms, tools and communication contents that maintain the interaction of FIMI with key actors linked to the mission of FIMI and the individual and collective rights of indigenous women.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, feminist activist from Lebanon to be part of a brand new pilot initiative that will (if successful) be rolled out globally. The Administrative Manager will serve as a liaison to key operational functions such as HR, IT, and Finance. The Administrative Manager supports the activities of the office of the Senior Vice President, U.S. Programs, which includes the U.S. Policy, Judicial Strategy, and Litigation teams.
The Director Information Services will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities to improve and develop SPC IT systems, digitise its business functions, and develop its nascent corporate information knowledge management capabilities.
The Director of Communications manages the Communication and Public Information (C&PI) team comprising audiovisual, media, outreach and online content management specialists, with additional contractors as needed, to oversee the strategic direction, consistency and impact of external and internal communications at SPC.
Crossroads International is an international development organization that is reducing poverty and increasing women’s rights around the world. Working with local partners and supported by hundreds of volunteers each year, Crossroads leverages expertise and resources, North and South, required to help people overcome poverty and assert their human rights.
The volunteer will facilitate communications between WiLDAF and its network members. Occasionally the volunteer could accompany project officers to project sites in rural areas to collect information about WiLDAF’s projects and share with Network members.
As Senior Campaign Manager you will work with senior level colleagues and oversee the delivery of our campaigns programme to the end of Q1 2017. This will include helping define clear goals as well as leading and developing the Campaigns Team to deliver against objectives. We will look to you to grow a constituency of support using a range of tactics as well as to help shape the development of a Public Engagement strategy.
