This year the organizers are looking for papers and presentations that address the ways in which we feminists and scholars reflect on the significance of spirituality, religiosity and secular thinking in our lives.
The Human Rights Watch International Film Festival in partnership with Adobe Youth Voices seeks youth-produced media works on human rights issues for its second annual "Youth Producing Change" program to screen in our New York, London, Boston and San Francisco film festivals in 2009-10. Deadline for submissions: December 10, 2008.
The project takes into consideration cultural, political and religious differences that exist in each of those countries and between them. The goal is to explore the diversity and richness of this region and to coordinate efforts, despite the differences, in the favour of collective objectives.
