Individual Membership for 1 Year

As a member of AWID you can take action now and support our initiatives to advance women's rights and gender equality worldwide.

You will not only become part of a large network of feminist activists and organizations around the globe, but also of a worldwide women's movement.

As an individual member your voice will join with countless others to build pressure and support mobilizing for change.

Your membership with AWID will also provide you with some benefits that are geared to keep you informed, help you network, and facilitate the search for meaningful analyses and alternatives to inequalities women face such as:

  • discounted member rates to attend the Forum
  • free copies of new AWID publications
  • the opportunity to share your announcements and reports with members and others by contributing to our website
  • the opportunity to make links with over 5,000 diverse women and organizations working towards women’s rights and sustainable development around the world

There are different categories for individual memberships depending on your annual income that are designed to allow for greatest possible participation. If your annual income is less than US $10,000, one-year memberships are free.
